Visit the OPD Reception Counter
Fill basic details or show your hospital ID
Receive your appointment token
Consultation with the Doctor
Wait for your turn as per token number
Meet the specialist for examination and advice
Investigations (if required)
Recommended tests can be done in the same facility
Digital reports accessible via patient portal or at the lab counter
Follow-up & Prescription
Get your prescription from the doctor
Book a follow-up if needed
Pharmacy & Billing
Pay consultation/diagnostic fees at the billing counter Collect medicines from in-house pharmacy (if applicable)
