📝 Before Admission

  • Bring a valid insurance/TPA card and photo ID at the time of admission.

  • Inform the Admission/TPA Desk if you intend to use your insurance for a cashless facility.

  • Submit necessary documents such as:

    • Doctor’s admission note

    • Investigation reports

    • Previous treatment records (if applicable)

  • We have tie-ups with all major insurance companies and TPAs.

  • Our TPA department will assist you in processing pre-authorization for cashless services.

  • Approval timelines may vary depending on your insurer’s policies.

  • If cashless is not approved or opted, patients can avail reimbursement from their insurer.

  • We will provide:

    • Detailed hospital bills

    • Discharge summary

    • Investigation reports

    • Prescriptions

    • Payment receipts
