To ensure a smooth and efficient consultation experience, please take note of the following guidelines when booking or attending your appointment at Vedant.
🕒 Booking an Appointment
Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person at the reception.
We recommend pre-booking to avoid waiting and ensure your preferred time slot.
For urgent cases, limited same-day appointments may be available.
📑 Before Your Appointment
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for registration and paperwork.
Carry valid ID proof, previous medical records, and any relevant test reports.
If you are a new patient, arrive 30 minutes early for the initial registration process.
👨⚕️ During the Appointment
Be ready to share your complete medical history, ongoing medications, and symptoms.
If referred by another doctor, bring the referral note or any related documentation.
You may be asked to undergo diagnostic tests based on the consultation.
🧾 Billing & Payments
Consultation charges must be paid at the time of registration.
Cash, card, UPI, and online payment options are available.
For insured patients, carry your insurance/TPA card for cashless eligibility checks.
🔁 Rescheduling or Cancelling
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.
