At Vedant , we strive to make the admission and in-patient (IPD) process as smooth and stress-free as possible for patients and their families. Our goal is to ensure quick registration, transparent communication, and seamless coordination from admission to discharge.
Step-by-Step Admission Process
Consultation & Recommendation
After an evaluation by your treating consultant, if hospitalization is required, you will receive an admission recommendation.
Admission Desk Assistance
Visit the IPD/Admission Desk with your recommendation slip and valid ID proof. Our team will assist you in selecting a suitable room category (General, Semi-Private, Private, or Deluxe) based on availability.
Document Submission
Submit the following:
Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, PAN, etc.)
Insurance card/TPA details (if applicable)
Referral letter or previous medical records (if any)
Admission Form & Consent
- Our staff will explain the treatment plan, estimated cost, and obtain your consent before admission.
Room Allotment & Shift to IPD
Once the formalities are complete, you will be guided to your assigned room and introduced to the attending medical and nursing team.
