Appointments

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment.

  • If you are unable to attend, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.

  • Bring a current list of all medications you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.

  • Inform your provider of any allergies or adverse reactions to medications.

Insurance and Billing

  • Ensure your insurance information is up to date.

  • Co-pays and payments for services not covered by insurance are due at the time of your visit.

Emergency Care
